rotated image is off center. if I want to rotate an image with a size of 240x240px and rotate it by
6 degrees, the dimensions of the new image are 262x263(!) even if I adjust the size to 262x262px,
the source image is off its center. I will try it on the picture of the hour clock hand, where the
center must be exactly, because then the hand jumps during the animation.
