[php-src] Issue #11789: Ftok generates duplicates

Issue: https://github.com/php/php-src/issues/11789 Author: remco-pc ### Description I was implementing some shared memory functions and was planning to use ftok as well. I found out, that it looks like it only looks at the first part of the file url. Still need to test sha1 (url). It got duplicates, so my mem read function thought it had cache hit resulting in an error/bug. How long can the url be? How big can the int be, how much shared objects are allowed. I tested it with url s in the same path, but different filename. I tested multiple project ids: a & r which resulted in almost the same int. ### PHP Version Php 8.2 ### Operating System Debian 11
