[php-src] Issue #11849: curl_basic_009.phpt test fails on curl 8.2.1

(8/8) Installing curl (8.2.1-r0) Executing busybox-1.36.0-r5.trigger Executing ca-certificates-20230506-r0.trigger OK: 12 MiB in 23 packages / # curl 64c900c://www.64c900c401af4 curl: (3) URL rejected: Port number was not a decimal number between 0 and 65535 ``` But I expected this output instead like Ubuntu with curl 788.1: ``` $ curl 64c900c://www.64c900c401af4 curl: (1) Protocol "64c900c" not supported or disabled in libcurl ``` ### PHP Version PHP 8.2.9 ### Operating System Alpinelinux
