I'm building PHP 8.2.9 from the source
([php-8.2.9.tar.gz](https://www.php.net/distributions/php-8.2.9.tar.gz) from [PHP:
Downloads](https://www.php.net/downloads.php)) on Kali Linux and found a failing test after running
the following build steps.
## Build steps:
1.
./buildconf
2. ./configure
3. make -j4
4. make TEST_PHP_ARGS=-j4 test
