### Description
It was discovered in this issue:

Here is the sqlite forum conversation:
https://www.sqlite.org/forum/forumpost/abbb95376ec6cd5f
In summary, even in an environment where the CPU can handle extended double-precision floating point
numbers, in-line assembly may limit the use of normal double-precision numbers.
Here is the code:
https://github.com/php/php-src/blob/e2189e5f376092eeaeb4c06ff9b5918bfc016917/Zend/zend_float.h#L356
I think it should be fixed, but should this be fixed in a patch version, or should it be in a minor
version and accompanied by an RFC?
Thank you.
