### Description

Reading the [libsodium documentation on
AES256-GCM](https://doc.libsodium.org/secret-key_cryptography/aead/aes-256-gcm), they strongly
advise using AEGIS-256 instead.

> Unless you absolutely need AES-GCM, use AEGIS-256 (crypto_aead_aegis256_*()) instead.

It may be a good addition to the PHP extension.
