### Description
When curl is enabled in the php.ini, then at startup Apache the error
can't find entry point nghttp2_option_set_no_rfc9113_leading_and_trailing_ws_validation in
DLL-file \php\ext\php_curl.dll
appears. Besides that, all seems to work well.
