### Description
i was wondering, i have a test file (a .webm) which is around 43 GB.
When i was opening it, it requested that amount of memory.
So i increades the allowed memory limit temporary to 50 GB to make sure i could read the file.
Then i was trying out the video html element to get it rendered. it doesn't work, no error is
logged.
Is there a maximum file size limited serving files currenlty ?
Also, i believe the video html element is able to seek, read chunks etc, anyone an idea of getting
started with that (header wise)
