### Description
**Actual result**
We run PHP-FPM in
dynamic mode.
With the following settings, when SIGKILL event is sent during PHP-FPM spare servers
scaling down, core dumps are generated on our application.
```
pm = dynamic
pm.start_servers = 4
pm.min_spare_servers = 2
pm.max_spare_servers = 4
pm.max_children = 10
pm.max_requests = 100
```

exited on signal 9 (SIGKILL) after 214.882381 seconds from start
**Expected result**
No core dumps should be generated by SIGKILL.
