That test reproduces a bug where the php executor will be pushed into an infinite loop, so the timeout should kick-in, and proc_terminate the runaway test. but it doesn't happen on FreeBSD. for the record, I'm going to change the test to be skipped on FreeBSD, because it is now not possible to run the testsuite, as it requires manually killing that test on each run. PITA.
