Running
php.exe psalm in https://github.com/nicelocal/psalm, branch
jit_windows, results in a segfault (i.e. the equivalent access violation error on windows).
To reproduce, use production php.ini is enough and uncomment zend_extension=opcache.
Strangely enough it seems to be a floating error, but it can be reproduced by trying a few times.
