### Description
Before PHP
8.2.15, we were not building our Dockerfile with FTP extension
and we were able to use FTP commands like ftp_connect etc.
Since PHP 8.2.15, it is now no more possible to run our application without enabling
FTP extension.
It was throwing the following error:
Undefined constant FTP_BINARY
We would like to understand what have changed in this PHP patch version.
