Allow doing this:
```
define('CONST1', 1);
define('CONST2', 2);
define('CONST3', 4);
define('CONST4', 8);
define('CONST5', 16);
```
like that:
```
define(
array(
'CONST1' => 1,
'CONST2' => 2,
'CONST3' => 4,
'CONST4' => 8,
'CONST5' => 16,
)
);
```
