OpenLDAP 2.6 has quite a few more options available that the PHP ldap extension currently supports.
In particular, LDAP_OPT_X_TLS_PROTOCOL_TLS1_3 and LDAP_OPT_X_TLS_PROTOCOL_MAX are important for
OpenSSL 3.
