### Description
The following code:
```php
$perms = substr(sprintf('%o', fileperms($filePath)), -4);
chmod($path,$perms);
```
(perms = 2770 )
Resulted in this output:
```
--ws-w--wT 1 apache
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
-rw-rw----+ 1 apache
```
