### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
var_dump(IntlChar::getBidiPairedBracket(91));
```
Resulted in this output:
```
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Call to undefined method IntlChar::getBidiPairedBracket()
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
int(93)
```
