### Description
The following code:
```php
<?php
$post = [
'test1' => 'test1',
'timestamp' => time(),
'test2' => 'test2',
'times' => time(),
];
echo http_build_query($post);
```
Resulted in this output:
```
test1=test1×tamp=1723166295&test2=test2×=1723166295
```
But I expected this output instead:
```
test1=test1×tamp=1723166295&test2=test2×=1723166295
```
