### Description
The following code:
```php
$uri1 = Uri\Rfc3986\Uri::parse("HTTPS://example.com");
$uri1 = $uri1->withScheme('http');
echo $uri1->getScheme();
```
Resulted in this output:

But I expected this output instead:
