Bug #16117: php.h / ap_config.h conflict (XtOffsetOf)

From: photon@comcast.net Operating system: Linux PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: Compile Failure Bug description: php.h / ap_config.h conflict (XtOffsetOf) php.h tries to redefine XtOffsetOf when you are compiling with apxs. It is already defined in Apache's ap_config.h. The offending lines are from about 339-343.
