Just installed fresh 4.2.3 ISAPI on Win2000 and still produces same
error. Does this have something to do with the target UNC?

if ($handle = opendir("//server/share")) {
while ($file = readdir($handle)) {
echo "$file<br>";
}
closedir($handle);
}
produces:
Warning: OpenDir: Invalid argument (errno 22)
I have tried setting the UNC share permissions to both Everyone - Read
and Everyone - Full Control and it does not matter.
