PHP version: 4.1.1
PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem
Bug description: FileUpload: $userfile can work, but $_REQUEST["userfile"] can't
when handling upload files (use the example in the PHP manual)
is_upload_file($userfile) returns true
but if I use is_upload_file($_REQUEST["userfile"]), it returns false
$userfile = $_REQUEST["userfile"], isn't it ?
