I only have the php.exe executable. I'm using PHP 4.2.3. Did I install
the wrong version?

Which executable are you using for your PHP, php.exe or php-cgi.exe? If
you are not using the latter, please do so.

Above produces an internal server error when browsed to:
script.php/abc/xyz .

What causes this and how do I solve this?
