#20940 [NEW]: After upgrading from PHP 4.2-dev to 4.2.3, garbage collection no longer occurs

From: ccrowley@tulane.edu Operating system: Solaris 8 PHP version: 4.2.3 PHP Bug Type: Session related Bug description: After upgrading from PHP 4.2-dev to 4.2.3, garbage collection no longer occurs I am using the same PHP pages that were used in PHP 4.2-dev and the same php.ini file. The session files in the /tmp/session directory are not being gc'd after the gc_maxlifetime. GC is running. This was evidenced by the skyrocketing LA on the machine when I increased gc_probability to 50.
