PHP Bug Type: Documentation problem
Bug description: chmod : page cannot be displayed
In the french version, the "chmod" gives an "page cannot be displayed"
because it looks for the :
"res://C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\SHDOCLC.DLL/dnserror.htm#file://H:\phpdoc\fr\function.chmod.html"
page.
The link is not resolved.
