#21131 [NEW]: fopen with "a+" and the a rewind does'nt work anymore

From: hgj@xs4all.nl Operating system: Linux 2.4.18 (Redhat) PHP version: 4.3.0RC3 PHP Bug Type: *Directory/Filesystem functions Bug description: fopen with "a+" and the a rewind does'nt work anymore With 4.2.3 and below the next code did give the contents of $file only when the Apache runtime user was allowed to update that file.
