Had similar problem with intermittent translator and/or isapi dll
crashes. I would get a page with
"PHP has encountered an Access Violation at xxxxxxxxxxx"
and this would lock-up PHP totally. I took the advise of [5 Dec
11:26am] sniper@php.net and got the latest dev build (4.4.0-dev) and
replaced all the 4.2.3 dlls with the 4.4.0-dev dlls and this problem
has cleared up. Many thanks to sniper@php.net for the suggestion!

PHP has encountered an Access Violation at 77F64860
Get the above error ocassionally with phpwiki and phpfm
Is not predictable when it happens
