#21199 [NEW]: errors are output to the Apache error log as well as the page

From: ari@alienhosting.com Operating system: Red Hat Linux 7.3 PHP version: 4.3.0RC4 PHP Bug Type: Output Control Bug description: errors are output to the Apache error log as well as the page Whenever a PHP error is output, the error seems to be output to both the page and the global Apache error log. Under normal circumstances I wouldn't consider this a problem, but for virtualhosts it is useless because the error does not go to their virtualhost-specific error log.
