#21461 [NEW]: Returning Turkish characters

From: uruzgar@aydinorme.com.tr Operating system: win2k PHP version: 4.3.0 PHP Bug Type: *Languages/Translation Bug description: Returning Turkish characters I have Php4.3.0 on Apache/1.3.27 (Win32) mod_gzip/1.3.26.1a with Win2kServer.
