New Comment:
Thank you for taking the time to write to us, but this is not
a bug. Please double-check the documentation available at
http://www.php.net/manual/ and the instructions on how to
report
a bug at http://bugs.php.net/how-to-report.php
Somehow you are using ZE1 and not ZE2 with head, hence the problem you
are seing. Grab a snapshot from the snapshot server at
http://snaps.php.net/ it should work fine.

The macro ZEND_INI_PARSER_POP_ENTRY are used twice :
ext/standard/basic_functions.c:2827:
case ZEND_INI_PARSER_POP_ENTRY:
and
main/php_ini.c:199:
case ZEND_INI_PARSER_POP_ENTRY: {
But ZEND_INI_PARSER_POP_ENTRY is defined nowhere in source.
