Bug #16216: php.ini

From: yuanshuangqing@icbc.com.cn Operating system: unix PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: Apache related Bug description: php.ini When I installed php-4.1.2 in Unix-apache,I found some problem: When I copy the file php.ini-dist into /usr/local/lib/php.int,then run bin/apachectl start but I can't find the process httpd. I delete the file php.ini ,and run /bin/apachectl start I can find the process httpd.
