SMTP server response: 550 5.1.1 ... User unknown in C:\Projects\fnoon\functions.php on 138 I want to comment that I USE the ISP SMTP , not IIS SMTP and also not work.. Now I think I understand what the problem .. THAT BECAUSE I USE ARABIC EMAIL FORMAT ..
