#21952 [NEW]: php kills apache by inclusion

From: soeren-tast@gmx.net Operating system: Windows 2000 PHP version: 4.3.0 PHP Bug Type: Apache2 related Bug description: php kills apache by inclusion if I have a php-file in my htaccess folder, that include an php-file in another folder, i.e. in the pear-directory, which include a php-file with the same name of the first file, and if a second file with this name is in the "pear"folder, then apache crashes. For example: I create a file calls cache.php in my htaccess-folder and then I include one of the files of the pear output-cache files, that include the file cache.php, who is into the pear/cache-folder.
