Bug description: is_enum() documentation
In the 4.1.0 ChangeLog, we have this:
"Added support for single dimensional SafeArrays and Enumerations. Added
an is_enum() function to check if a component implements an enumeration.
(Alan, Harald)"
This should be removed and replaced with information from here:

This can cause problems with people upgrading, etc, or spending lost hours
searching for documentation.
