Feature request:
Currently mb_send_mail() is hard-coded to send a Content-type of
text/plain. Would it be possible to add a way to change this (being
able to set it to text/html would be very useful).
Either a parameter to mb_send_email or a function such as
mb_send_mail_set_content_type(string)?
