Bug #16255: Upload Size > 32MB

From: mail@claude-schmitt.de Operating system: Windows 2000 NT PHP version: 4.1.2 PHP Bug Type: Scripting Engine problem Bug description: Upload Size > 32MB When i make an Upload with size more than 32MB, the time for this upload is very long (75MB over 45 min in 100MBit Network). The same file ,the same PHP and Apache config on an Linux System need only 1 minute for transfer.
