Again, the file is missing in the latest CVS snapshot
(5.0.0-CVS-20030217) due to some compile errors.

This bug has been fixed in CVS.
In case this was a PHP problem, snapshots of the sources are packaged
every three hours; this change will be in the next snapshot. You can
grab the snapshot at http://snaps.php.net/.
In case this was a documentation problem, the fix will show up soon at
http://www.php.net/manual/.
In case this was a PHP.net website problem, the change will show
up on the PHP.net site and on the mirror sites in short time.

Oops, too trigger happy. The actual fix has not been committed yet, but
the cause of the problem has been established.

This has finally been fixed. The next snapshot should contain
php4apache2.dll.

They say that they are aware, but nothing has been done since it first
happened (the time i mentioned).
I really would like to test 5.0.x, but cant! :-(
