This is probably the same bug that is mentioned in Bug id #13817.
I'm attempting to retrieve values from IBM DB2 7.1 via ODBC. The format
for calling stored procs via ODBC is:
$result=odbc_prepare($conn,"CALL DSIS.S6S444(?,?)");
odbc_execute($result,&$par)
The question marks are place holders for variable names.
Does the problem still exist with 4.3.1?
