#22888 [NEW]: php4ts.dll error

From: luke at cywh dot com Operating system: Windows XP PHP version: 4.3.1 PHP Bug Type: Apache2 related Bug description: php4ts.dll error Every once in a while, which happens to be quite often, an error comes up. It says the file occured within php4ts.dll. Im running windows xp, and php as a module under apache 2.0.
