I am installing php 4.3.1 using ./configure --with-oci8=/opt/oracle
--with-nsapi=/usr/netscape/server4 --enable-libgcc --with-regex=php

but when I do the make I get an error:

this is after putting a link in /usr/include. This is similiar to bug
8158 but there was no reolution for this. 

Any help would be most appreciated.
