Resubmission of http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=19795 since it has
been
closed down but still exists in 4.3.0, haven't tested in any newer
versions.

Sorting strings containing national characters such as the swedish åäö
etc places them in the wrong order when using the natural cmp functions
(strnatcmp, strnatcasecmt) and possibly the same is true for the array
functions (natcmp, natcasecmp). The regular string functions (strcmp,
strcasecmp) works correctly though.
