I have pin pointed the error, when an out variable of a stored procedure is declared as a number we receive a ORA 00600 internal error and the procedure is not executed. If we declared the out variable as anything else (i.e. varchar2) the procedure is executed fine. Oracle says this is a php problem. Can anybody help fix this problem.
