From: norm at scratch-pad dot com Operating system: RH Linux 7.3 PHP version: 4.3.1 PHP Bug Type: MySQL related Bug description: "mysql_pconnect(): Link to server lost, unable to reconnect" error Hi, We are in the process of migrating to a new machine running PHP 4.3.1 (mysql client API 3.23.49) / Apache 1.3.27 on Red Hat 7.3. We will continue to use the old machine as our mysql box (mysql v. 3.23.54).
