Bug description: highlight_string and highlight_file should include links to man pages.
I have a feature request regarding the sytax highlight functions i PHP. It
would be great if the functions highlight_string and highlight_file, in
addition to highlighting php code also made html links of all php
functions that pointed to their man page at http://www.php.net
This feature should probably be optional and you could also allow users to
specify a different base adress in case they would like to use a mirror
instead of www.php.net
