Bug description: Feature request: Positions of occurences of substrings
I've had to write my own function to do what I'd like but feel it would be
a useful addition to the PHP set.
I needed to extract the positions of all occurences of a tag <pc> in a
variable but was unable to find a suitable function.
I'm doing this in order to selectively apply the function ucfirst() to a
variable's content.
Advice would be much appreciated if there is a function which will do this
for me.
