Calls to include(http://...) leave behind a file in /var/tmp
The files are all named something like "phpa004OG" and they always
contain the result of the include(http://...) The files accumulate, the
disk fills up, and bad things happen.
./configure \
--enable-discard-path \
--enable-mime-magic \
--with-mysql=/usr/local/mysql \
--with-readline \
--with-gd \
--with-jpeg-dir=/usr/local/lib \
--with-zlib-dir=/usr/lib
