#24288 [NEW]: register_globals=On in PHP.ini doesn't work

From: joel2a at yahoo dot com Operating system: Windows NT 4.0 PHP version: 4.3.2 PHP Bug Type: Performance problem Bug description: register_globals=On in PHP.ini doesn't work Description: ------------ Using Isapi php4isapi.dll PHP on Sambar 5.3 Web Server AND php4apache2.dll with Apache 2.0 on Windows NT 4.0. When setting register_globals=On in php.ini it doesn't work. register_globals stays Off no matter what. I tried the php_flag register_globals on in .htaccess and that doesn't work either. This is verified by looking at phpinfo.php after the change is made.
