PHP 4.3.2 under Apache 2.0.46 with the
worker MPM does not properly propagate
environment variables from the server
environment. I have
SetEnv HOME /home/user
and this is passed to CGI scripts, but is
not passed by PHP.
$_ENV[HOME] == "/home/root"
I've seen Bug #18037, and respectfully disagree,
it *is* a bug. PHP 4 under Apache 1.3 exhibited
the expected behavior.
