Description:
------------
When libtiff and libjpeg are in different directories compared to
clibpdf and a path is given to all three configure fails to find
clibpdf although it exists. (It only searches in the libtiff for some
reason, it seems to mangle the paths that are given).
This fixes it for me, however it seems like it is a gross hack. A guess
is that CPDF_TIFF_TEST mangles the path.
