Hm, anyone know where to find non-GPLed libmysql 3.x for windows?

The Windows distribution of PHP 5 doesn't include a DLL for either
ext/mysql or ext/mysqli support.  Users must compile their own PHP on
Windows to gain this support.

This is a request to make these DLL's available.
