ID: 22014
Updated by: philip@php.net
Reported By: bs@php.net
Status: Closed
Bug Type: Reproducible crash
Operating System: Debian Linux&FreeBSD 4.7-STABLE
PHP Version: 4.3.0
New Comment:
Just a FYI: 4.3.0 == 4.3.1 (except one tiny security change to the
CGI). Dericks comment was written before the 4.3.1 security release
issue came up, so he actually refers to this being fixed in 4.3.2
Previous Comments:

reproducible in 4.3.1 on mandrake 9.1 with empty string

seems already fixed in CVS, can't reproduce with 4.3.1dev but it was
reproducable with 4.3.0.

<?php html_entity_decode($notset); ?>
this results in a segfault, tested on Debian, FreeBSD 4.7-STABLE & and
Gentoo with Apache/1.3.27 & PHP 4.3.0
